Canadian Indigenous Culture Training
Truth and Reconciliation Edition

When individuals from differing cultural backgrounds interact, there is often miscommunication, misunderstanding, and frustration. These obstacles can be overcome by making all parties more culturally sensitive. It is important for people to recognize how cultural backgrounds affect individual perceptions and actions; and how cultural awareness can improve the relationship between people from differing cultural backgrounds.

Respect and Inclusion
in the Workplace

Diversity encompasses all of the ways that we are different from each other, including factors like race, ethnicity, culture, religion, age, gender, and sexual orientation. Respect and Inclusion is an online training course that educates participants about diversity and inclusion, identifies the characteristics of a respectful workplace, and examines acceptable and unacceptable workplace attitudes and behaviours.
